These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kosher Bee platform, which connects customers with kosher-certified food providers, including local kosher markets and restaurants. By using the Kosher Bee app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service, so please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kosher Bee app or website (referred to collectively as “the Platform”), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these terms regularly to stay informed about any updates.

3. Eligibility

Customers: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform as a customer.
Partners: To offer kosher-certified products on Kosher Bee, you must be a registered business that complies with all local regulations and kosher certification standards.

4. Account Registration

To use the Platform, both customers and partners must create an account. When creating an account:

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Customer Terms

a. Orders and Payments:

Customers can browse, order, and purchase kosher-certified food and grocery products through the Platform.
You agree to pay the listed price for the products and any applicable delivery fees.
Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider.
Refunds and returns will be governed by the refund policies of individual partners (markets and restaurants).

b. Delivery:

Kosher Bee partners with local businesses to fulfill orders and provide delivery services.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary based on location and conditions.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

c. Cancellations and Modifications:

You may cancel or modify an order before it is processed by the partner. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If a partner is unable to fulfill an order, you will be notified, and a refund may be issued.

6. Partner Terms

a. Eligibility and Certification:

Partners must ensure that all products listed on Kosher Bee comply with kosher certification standards.
Partners must maintain valid certifications and follow all food safety regulations.

b. Product Listings and Pricing:

Partners are responsible for accurately listing their kosher-certified products, including descriptions, prices, and availability.
Partners must promptly update product information if any changes occur.
Pricing is set by the partner, and Kosher Bee will not alter pricing without the partner’s consent.

c. Order Fulfillment and Delivery:

Partners are responsible for preparing and packaging orders in accordance with kosher and food safety standards.
Delivery can be handled by the partner or Kosher Bee’s integrated delivery service.
Partners are responsible for communicating with customers about any delays or issues with orders.

d. Fees and Payments:

Kosher Bee operates on a commission-based model. A percentage of each sale will be retained as a service fee.
Payments will be disbursed to partners at regular intervals, minus applicable fees.

7. User Conduct

All users of the Platform (customers and partners) agree to:

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Respect the rights of others and not engage in abusive or harmful behavior.
Not post any content that is offensive, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

Kosher Bee owns all rights to the Platform, including content, trademarks, and design. You agree not to copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without written consent from Kosher Bee.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Termination

Kosher Bee reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kosher Bee is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombia.
